Pari Heights sits on Malviya Road near Laxman Chowk, a short walk from the Dehradun city core. It is a low-rise, low-density block: a single tower of four floors, approximately eight units on 0.12 acres, which is small even by boutique Dehradun standards.
The 3 BHK spec is unusually generous for the footprint: walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a separate servant room, and a full utility balcony. Sizes run from 1,305 sq.ft (2 BHK) to 1,800 sq.ft (larger 3 BHK). Buyers who wanted the 42 storey towers described in the group's national brochure should note that the Dehradun block is deliberately low-rise per portal filings.
Construction started October 2024 with a February 2026 possession target on the developer's own site. Pari Group has not yet published the UKRERA number for this asset in public listings; buyers should ask the sales team to share the RERA certificate before signing an allotment letter.
