Antara opened in April 2017 as the first community in India designed from the ground up for residents over 55. The 14 acre estate sits at the base of the Shivaliks in Purukul, a short drive above Rajpur Road, with clear sight lines up to the Mussoorie ridge on a clean morning.
The nine residences hold 200 apartments across six unit types, ranging from a compact 1,432 sq.ft to a 6,092 sq.ft flagship. Every doorway is wide enough for a wheelchair, every switch is at two heights, and every bathroom carries a panic alarm on the wall by the sink. The 50,000 sq.ft clubhouse holds dining rooms, a theatre, a spa, a golf putting green, and an art studio built to studio, not lounge, standard.
Antara is a sale plus service model: residents own the apartment and pay a monthly Comprehensive Benefit fee that covers estate, medical, housekeeping, and community programming. The Circuit House opens the introduction, walks the family through the pricing and the service tiers, and stays on the file through registration.
